Reducing whole-life operating costs

Allports Group (Stand 5A110) will be using the show to demonstrate that it's more than just the Renault Trucks dealer in Staffordshire and, while it will be next to the main Renault Trucks stand and have examples of the new T Range and D Range on display, it will be focusing on what it can do to reduce the cost of the whole-life of an artic. Instrumental to this is the Deker trailer range, which is built exclusively for Allports in Northern Ireland. Two Deker trailers will be on show - both of which Allports hopes will appeal to pallet network members. The Maxidek double-deck trailer offers completely clear side-loading, with the curtains and load-restraint straps drawing right round to the rear, allowing at least 52 pallets to be side-loaded. Load-restraint is to ENXL standards, and a vortex generator at the rear of the roof reduces drag.
