PURPOSE: An organic waste pyrolysis system is provided to gradually collect gases generated by pyrolysis depending on high, middle, and low boiling points and improve a recovery efficiency of pyrolysis gases.;CONSTITUTION: An organic waste pyrolysis system(100) comprises a supply facility(10), a pyrolysis facility(20), the separation facility(30), a storage facility(40), and solid material exhaust facility. A pyrolysis facility decomposes organic waste chips supplied from the supply facility into carbon black and fuel gas. The separation facility comprises first and second chambers(31,32), a cooler(33), a storage tank(34). The fuel gas exhausted from the pyrolysis facility is flew into the top side of a first chamber and exhausted through one side of the upper first chamber. The fuel gas exhausted from the first chamber is flew into one side of the upper second chamber and exhausted through the other side. The fuel gas exhausted from the second chamber is flew into one side of the upper cooler and is cooled by cooling water and the cooled fuel gas is exhausted through the other side of upper cooler. The storage tank stores fuel oil and a non-condensable gas separated from the separation facility. The solid material exhaust facility discharges carbon black separated from the pyrolysis facility.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
