PURPOSE: A tape casting method of fusible alloy material for a thermal fuse and a casting tape thereof are provided to cast and thinly produce the low melting point fusible alloy into an alloy tape by applying a tape casting method.;CONSTITUTION: A tape casting method of fusible alloy material for thermal fuse comprises the steps of; supplying solution, which is made of a thermal fuse fusible alloy material and has a low melting point in a caster, through the inlet port; supplying the solution in the caster to the carrier phase through an outlet port by passing the solution through the lower end portion of doctor blade; and coagulating and moving the solution, which is made of fusible alloy material and on the carrier, at a specific speed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
