Pexco's City Post Model GD Glue Down posts are being tested in the real world on the I-95 Express Lanes in Miami, Fla. Early reporting by the Florida DOT on City Posts installed last autumn reveals very promising results on several fronts. The data is based on monthly averages as reported one-third of the way through the study: 1. Replacement of damaged posts are down 96%; 2. Dangerous weaving in and out of toll lanes due to traffic backup or toll dodging-is down 90%; and 3. Accidents in the express lanes are down 43%.
