Concurrent Delay is caused by two or more events which delay completion at and from the same point in time. True concurrency can be distinguished from the concurrent effect of sequential delaying events. Concurrency more often occurs when events that happen at different times have a simultaneous effect, wholly or in part, but when their effect is felt concurrently.
