WOMEN'S REALM

As A Founding member of Women In Architecture and its chair for five years, one of my core aims is to promote women into our profession and help keep them there. The A] campaign led by Christine Murray was a triumph in highlighting the role of women in architecture today and the barriers that still remain. Too often women are overlooked for promotion to director level where they can actively add value to the business.
