The invention is a system that can create a live map of vehicle locations using direct telemetry data received from connected vehicles, combined with the connected vehicles'observations of other vehicle locations detected through ADAS sensor perception and V2V transmission reception. Vehicles are mapped to the virtual roadway in real time and then this virtual roadway can be transmitted to vehicles as an extension of the scene provider for the ADAS system or for HMI visualization of the surrounding scene. The invention provides accurate real-time mapping of vehicles required for next generation connected services, enhancing navigation UI and also enhancing scene provider capability of ADAS or Automated driving system The unique claims are: 1.Collecting location of other non-connect vehicles for transmission to edge/cloud from connected vehicles through their received V2V transmissions (e.g. BSMs). and 2.Collecting vehicles locations of other vehicles for transmission to edge/cloud by inferring their position using connected vehicle ADAS object perception systems, and 3.Combining inferred vehicle location from multiple connected vehicles to fuse estimations of non-connected vehicles position/heading/dynamics, and 4. Generating and transmitting the richer scene from edge to vehicle.
