Disclosed are a vehicle positioning correction method and system for using RADAR and V2V in a GPS shielded area. The vehicle positioning correction method according to an embodiment includes a step of measuring positioning information based on the internal sensor of a vehicle; a step of receiving, via communication, respective positional information obtained as neighboring vehicles estimate the position of the vehicle using a RADAR, where the neighboring vehicles are at least one vehicle existing in a visible range based on the RADAR of the vehicle; a step of calculating respective cost function values for the position information received from the neighboring vehicles and the position information measured based on the internal sensor; a step of extracting location information that minimizes the cost function value from location information received from the neighboring vehicles; and a step of combining the extracted position information and the positioning information to calculate final vehicle information. It is possible to calibrate the positioning information of a vehicle by sharing relative position information from the neighboring vehicles.
