This disclosure relates to the filed of non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas sensors based on LED and photodiode pair, and an integrated circuits (IC) designed specifically for this application, where it serves as analog signal conditioning, analog-to-digital conversion and communication interface According to the present disclosure, an integrated circuit for LED-based NDIR gas sensors is presented. The IC includes an N-channel LED, an N-channe! photodiode signal conditioning. The LED and the photodiode are not part of the IC, this is, they are external components.
