This is probably the last book you will want to be reading in your local restaurant or eatery. Chances are you will either deeply offend or concern the staff, or likely alarm yourself to such a degree as to preclude eating altogether. The entries in the main body of the text are listed alphabetically and are usually no more than a sentence or two in length. Due to the generously sized font, expensive white space and limited page size (175 mm by 90 mm) it is rare for more than three or four entries per page to appear. While this makes for ease of reference and readability, it begs the question whether the author was seeking to pad out a page target from a limited dataset.
