Chiltern Railways is planning to introduce a loco-hauled duty from the December timetable, with the 0543 Birmingham Snow Hill-Marylebone and 1633 return going over to a DB Schenker Class 67 and Mk 3s, crewed by WSMR. However it is possible the trains may start and finish at the newly-reopened Birmingham Moor Street platforms.The stock is likely to be Cargo-D Mk 3s as CR's Mk 3s are still being refurbished by Wabtec at Doncaster with at least one having had 'plug' doors successfully fitted.
