National Express Starts German Services

UK-based National Express began rail operations in Germany for the first time as the company introduced its services on the Rhine Munster Express (RME) on December 13,2015. It became the first British company to enter the German rail market competitively when it was awarded the contracts in February 2013. Routes involved are: The RE7 regional express service between Krefeld-Cologne-Wuppertal-Hagen-Hamm-Munster-Rheine. The RB48 regional stopping service between Bonn-Cologne-Wuppertal.
