In this paper, we focus on the schedule of the inspection of freight container car. Unlike locomotives or passenger cars, it is not determined in advance where freight container cars are inspected. Therefore, there are many problems such as imbalance of the number of cars to be inspected among depots. In order to present an appropriate inspection plan, we model this problem as integer programming problem. Computational experiments are performed based on a real schedule of freight container cars. The results suggest that it is possible to reduce the imbalance among depots.%本稿では,貨車運用および検査について,現状業務の問題点を述べ,ICTを活用した新たな業務フローを提案し,最適化手法による貨車捕捉案の提案手法に関して述ベた。そこでは,適切な捕捉の前倒し箇所を求める問題を数理計画問題として定式化することで,前倒しを抑えつつ捕捉を平準化する案を提案できることを示した。
