Out of the loop?

Whilst much of the most vocal dissatisfaction over the recent Thameslink disruption has come from communities along the Midland Main Line, the plight of the loop from Streatham to Sutton via Wimbledon has been less widely reported. FCC services around the loop have been severely curtailed since early November 2009 when FCC drivers ceased to work rest days. The general result was a reduction in the half-hourly frequency to hourly under FCC's revised timetable.
