NR seeks financial services

Bids are being sought by Network Rail for the provision of financial services under framework contracts with a potential total value of £130m. Running for an initial term of two years, with an option to extend for a further 12 months, the frameworks cover six areas (right) including general corporate finance advice, with or without transaction execution as well as mergers and acquisitions. Also covered by the new framework contracts will be: equity capital markets advice and execution; debt capital markets advice and execution; infrastructure finance advice, including policy, option development and execution, research, technical and market analysis; and tax/accounting advice.
