The Maltese Connection

Last year's Malta Aero Model Show was held over the weekend of the 17th and 18th October 2009. The event which is organised by the two aeromodelling clubs on the island was held at the Hal-Far flying site. This was the second time that both clubs set-up a separate committee to organise a show together. Unlike 2008's event which was plagued by appalling weather, last year we had lots of sun and blue skies with light wind on the Saturday and a moderate wind on the Sunday, very much typical Malta weather, making the event a huge success.
