Asphalt roads in six states honored

The Asphalt Pavement Alliance (APA) has announced the winners of its 2010 Perpetual Pavement Awards.To be considered, pavements must be 35 years or older and never had a structural failure. The average interval between resurfacing must be no less than 12 years. Also, the road must demonstrate excellent design, quality construction, and provide value for the traveling public.
