The three ISO Asset Management (AM) Standards have the potential to impact all organisations with AM responsibilities. While framed on the management of physical assets, they can be used for any asset type and by any size organisation. They address the requirements for a management system (not software) for the management of assets. The three Standards comprise: 1. ISO 55000 AM - Overview, principles and terminology 2. ISO 55001 AM - Management systems - Requirements 3. ISO 55002 AM-Management systems - Guidelines for the application of ISO 55001.
