Helical secures 76% of rent due

Office landlord Helical had collected 76.2% of rent due on the June quarter day as of 3 July, with another 14.6% being paid in instalments ahead of the September collection date. The firm has granted rent-free periods accounting for 4.7% of the June rent, predominantly to food and beverage tenants. Helical said it expected to collect between 90.8% and 95.3% of all contracted rent for the June quarter.
