Broker likely to remain at Broadgate

British Land and Blackstone are close to agreeing a key deal at their Broadgate office complex in the City of London, which would mean tenant ICAP would remain on the estate. Last year the broker appointed Drivers Jonas Deloitte to review options for its City occupancy, ahead of a lease break in 2016 at its 175,000 sq ft office at 1-2 Broadgate, in one of the biggest hunts for space for a financial services firm since the downturn.
