Byron asks landlords to come to its rescue

Struggling burger chain Byron could close 20 of its 67 outlets under a rescue plan announced this week. Byron has proposed a rent reduction of 55% across the 20 sites, which would last for six months while it holds talks with landlords "to agree the basis of any continued trading".
