It has been labelled London's most expensive restaurant. And the vital statistics for Sexy Fish certainly live up to its name tag. It is rumoured to have cost £15m to fit out the restaurant, which is located in a former bank building on the corner of Berkeley Square, with owner Richard Caring paying a premium to ensure he acquired the building - the rent is also thought to have set a new benchmark for leisure in the area. But while this fine-dining establishment might have set the bar when it comes to opulent decor, it is in fact bucking the general market trend, which has seen traditional fine-dining operators 'dial down' their offers.
