DevSecs' £200m house hunt

Development Securities is seeking a £200m joint venture partner for a private-rented sector portfolio, which could then seed a wider platform. Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed to find a partner for three to five sites in Greater London - including Market Place, Romford, 399 Edgware Road, and Valentines House, llford - to create a 700-800 unit portfolio. Property Week understands DevSecs would maintain a minority stake in the partnership. The partners would manage the completed properties.
