Understanding Antivibration Gloves

Large individual variations exist regarding how and who is injured by vibrations as well an indefinite number of tools and work situations. AV glove solutions have taken a quantum leap forward but seeking expert advice is still required for all but minor exposure. For all their possible benefits, AV gloves are still a last line of defense. Engineering and administrative controls, such as eliminating the task, use of low-vibrating tools, and controlled and short exposure times are all important in preventing hand-arm vibration syndrome.
