OSHA Convenes Rulemaking Panel on Diacetyl Exposure

On May 5, OSHA convened a Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act panel on a draft proposed rule on occupational exposure to diacetyl and food flavorings containing diacetyl. The panel reviewed the draft proposed rule and supporting economic analyses, appointed small entity representatives (SER) to provide comments and will prepare a report on the SER's comments and recommendations.
