Even cake decorating has its job hazards. By switching out a crate box for a chair, Humantech's certified professional ergonomist Kent Hatcher taught safety professionals at a recent ergonomic design workshop the art of designing out safety and health risks for cake decorators at Zingerman's Bakehouse in Ann Arbor, MI.
