Thomas F. Cecich, CSP, CIH, has twice been elected to the ASSE Board of Directors and served as vice president of professional affairs. He has served on the Society's Government Affairs (chair), Strategic Planning, PDC Planning, Educational Standards and Public Relations committees. He was an ASSE Foundation trustee from 1991 to 1996 and 2004 to 2009. He is a two-time recipient of both the Society's Charles V. Culbertson Outstanding Volunteer Service Award and the President's Award. He is a past president of the North Carolina Chapter and was the chapter's Safety Professional of the Year in 2013.
