The present invention relates to a customized content output method using a profile based on the online activity of a smart senior, a system thereof, and a smart senior portal management server used for the same. According to the present invention, the customized content output method comprises the steps of: accessing a smart senior-only portal site and inputting user information including a cognitive response test to perform user registration; setting a default content output setting value corresponding to a group clustered in accordance with a cognitive response test resu using content of a smart senior-only portal site based on the default content output setting value and receiving a content output setting value adjustment input; designing an online activity-based profile including a history of the received content output setting value input; and changing and setting the default content output setting value based on the designed online activity-based profile when exceeding a set cycle or the set cumulative number of times of inputting adjustment. Accordingly, the default content output setting value can be provided in accordance with a type of a smart senior and can be adjusted based on an activity history of each smart senior, thereby providing a customized content output method.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
