Our revised and refreshed Code of Conduct and Practice was published back in October 2014 - now we are seeking your feedback. The Code is encapsulated in six key principles: 1. behaving in an open, honest and trustworthy manner 2. acting in the best interests of your organisation, customers, clients and/or partners 3. continually developing and maintaining your professional knowledge and competence 4. respecting the people with whom you work.
