摘要

Every major productivity improvement within a manu- facturig organization relies on training and education to achieve the desired results. Unfortunately, there are few models that organizations can follow to ensure training and education success at the enterprisewide level. This article proposes an enterprisewide training and education model base on the proven logic of material requirements planning and the instructional systems design mode. The article de- scribes how these two disciplines can be combined to pro- vide a strategic learning advantage to organizations.
