CPSC SEEKS FEEDBACK ON INTERNET LABELING

CPSC is seeking comment about the upcoming toy rules that will require warning labels on internet sites and catalogs similar to those currently on packaging. The requirements are mandated by the recently enacted reauthorization legislation. Affected are toys and games intended for children ages 3 to 6 and containing small parts, balloon, small balls and marbles in intended for children under 3, and toys or games containing balloons, small balls and marbles.
