摘要

Regulation of gene expression is at the center of development, wound repair, and homeostasis of multicellular organisms. The genome of eukaryotic cells is packaged into chromatin, which consists of particles that contain DNA and histones (1). One critical aspect of gene regulation concerns the modifications of histones, which is known as epigenetic information, a subject that researchers have studied intently over the past decade.
