摘要

This is a study on the optimization of construction planning. In this paper, we develop the optimized simulation of construction planning by using Genetic Algorithms in consideration of constrained condition of materials, machine parts , and sequence of works. In order to apply the new method to a real project, conditions among activities such as "Do not extend the activity to the next working day" are used across cycle process. Moreover, we compare the project plans obtained from the application of this method with the one excuted in the concerning project of find out that our plans have lower cost.
