"SYSTEM AND METHOD OF SELECTION OF EMPLOYEES IN SOFTWARE ENGINEERING PROJECTS USING FRAMEWORKS OF GENETIC ALGORITHMS AND NEBULA LOGIC". Assembling the team that will act in the production process is the responsibility of the project manager who, based on well-defined metrics and techniques, evaluates all project characteristics and generates all its execution. With the intention of assisting him in choosing the collaborators, a decision support system was built, based on artificial intelligence techniques (genetic algorithms and fuzzy logic), modeling part of the knowledge needed to perform this action, and building an artificial agent. . This Agent searches for suitable profiles for carrying out the project activities, based on the project characteristics, technical domain required roles and then searches among the available collaborators who best fits these profiles. Parallel to the construction of the Agent, two general purpose frameworks of genetic algorithms (binary chromosomes) and fuzzy logic (inductive method with boolean and triangular pertinences) that can be reused in future applications were also built.
