Talented Employees in Russian and Foreign Companies

摘要

This work analyzes the general and particular practices of managing gifted and talented employees in Russian and foreign companies. A poll of Russian and foreign companies operating within Russia showed that deliberate, directed management of this category of personnel positively affected the company's performance. The conclusions reached could be used for developing recommendations on personnel management.
