Consolidated Graphics is in the process of adding another firm to its stable of companies with the recent letter of intent it signed to obtain St. Louis-based Universal Printing, a $45 million concern that ranked 109 on the 2012 Printing Impressions 400 list. Founded in 1939, the firm employs 150 workers and provides both web and sheetfed printing.
