8 Steps for Pleasing Reps

Arecent column I wrote about the relationship between board shops and reps drew a considerable response from both sides of the fence. I heard from board shop owners and reps, who shared their own stories. One of the good things that came out of the column was that many of the board shop owners who called wanted to know how they could improve their relationships with independent reps. Actually, I was encouraged by the number of companies that wanted to learn how to be better partners to their reps. Maybe this is a step in the right direction.
