Für wirtschaftliche Produktionsprozesse gewinnen Verschleißschutzmaßnahmen immer größere Bedeutung. Am Beispiel von Betonmischern werden die Vorteile von Aluminiumoxid-Keramik als Verschleißschutzwerkstoff diskutiert und über Betriebserfahrungen berichtet. Neben werkstofftechnischen Maßnahmen beeinflussen Prozeßparameter und Rohstoffeigenschaften die Höhe des Verschleißes. Durch richtige Fahrweise der Anlagen und Verwendung geeigneter Rohstoffe ist eine deutliche Verschleißreduzierung zu erreichen.%Wear protection measures have continued to be of growing significance for efficient production processes. Using the example of from concrete mixers, the advantages of alumina oxide ceramics as wear protection material are discussed and operating experience is reported on. Besides material technology implementation, process parameters and raw material characteristics also affect the rate of wear. A correct program of plant operation and the use of suitable raw materials will enable a substantial reduction of wear to be achieved.
