Thank you for a well-written, cogent and spot-on analysis of the probable effects the EPA rule-making on GHG will have on the power industry in general ("Expect a Mess as EPA Rules Take Hold," July 2010). Too bad the country is run by politicians and not a representative cross-section of business, industry and academia who might have a reasonable chance of actually understanding the verbiage and implications of the laws they do or don't enact and the necessity of keeping the bureaucracy under control.
