Selective Laser Sintering. I. Principles and Continual Model

摘要

The main heat transfer and rheological processes, accompanying the selective laser sintering are considered. The mathematical model of the laser sintering is proposed and some results of computer experiments are analyzed for multilayer composite, containing titanium nitride, diboride, carbide and molybdenum, nickel, steel. The dependence of densification on heating regimes and green porosity are shown.
