I read with interest the story "Longest Train Tunnel" [Best of What's New, December 2011]. The only problem is that nowhere in the article did it say how long the tunnel is. Military secret? Or is it just "really long"?I was disappointed to see that Best of What's New recognized so many engines and vehicles that still burn gasoline and diesel fuel. That's like giving an award to a new, longer-lasting cave paint.
