But Is It Art?

Recently, I was chatting on the phone with a trusted friend. He's a car guy and we were talking about the teardowns going on after the completion of the Engine Masters Challenge. I was doing most of the talking (as usual), and it sounded something like this: "You should have seen the inside of Kaase's engine. I can't wait to publish the photos. I mean, everything inside this engine was art. Everything. It had been crafted and massaged like a sculpture. The chambers, ports, piston tops, even the inside of the block; absolutely gorgeous.
