PTSP Notification Period Starts

The notification period of HM Revenue & Customs' (HMRC) Plumbers Tax Safe Plan (PTSP) begins on March i. People working within the plumbing industry have until June i to notify HMRC that they have liabilities to disclose. Once a notification has been made, disclosure should be made by August 30. Andy Gibson at HMRC said: "Dedicated HMRC help and support is available to customers and their representatives/advisers throughout the period to support participation and, prior to the end of the disclosure period, we remind those who have notified that they need to disclose and, of course, we follow up on those that fail to disclose.
