AAR to make Boral more blister resistant

AAR Manufacturing, which makes Boral, plans to offer annalternative formula of the widely used neutron absorber tonmake it more blister-resistant and to improve its performancenin spent fuel applications. AAR will implement anothernimprovement when it submits a topical report to NRC asnearly as late summer requesting additional credit for Boralnbeyond what NRC routinely has provided in COCs for drynstorage casks.
