Western on-peak day-ahead prices strengthened across the boardMonday for Tuesday delivery.Palo Verde on-peak day-ahead rose about $12 day on day to themid-$30s/MWh on the Intercontinental Exchange for Tuesday delivery,well above the month-to-date average of $28.17/MWh. The Palo Verdeoff-peak day-ahead package gained $7.25 to the high $20s/MWh,pricing above the month-to-date average of $23.41/MWh.Similarly, the Mead on-peak package rose $9.75 to price near $31.25/MWh, while the off-peak gained $6 to trade in the mid $20s/MWh.
