Tenaska to discuss $2.6B loan aid

Power-plant developer Tenaska said Friday it has beennselected by the Energy Department to begin negotiations onna federal loan guarantee of up to $2.6 billion for a proposednadvanced coal-fired power plant in Illinois that wouldncapture more than half of its carbon-dioxide emissions.
