The invention relates to the field of financial information technology, and more specifically to a method for obtaining cash and issuing loans with the aid of a user's mobile device. The present invention can be used in the creation and use of systems for issuing cash, inter alia without the use of standard plastic cards. The proposed method solves the above-mentioned problems of the invention and is characterized by novelty in principle and makes it possible not to use a plastic card in the issue of cash and to use other payment tools, apart from plastic cards, namely a user's mobile device (mobile telephone, tablet), and also to increase the security of the issue of cash by virtue of generating an individual code.
