High temperatures in Boston Friday were forecast to turn down 7 degrees on the day at 73 F, still 4 degrees above normal, according to CustomWeather. High temperatures in New York City were forecast 5 degrees above normal at 77 F. ISO New England forecast peakload demand to turn down about 5.8% on the day to 15,180 MW Wednesday.
