The Danish Energy Agency has invited a number of bidders to drawlots in the tender to build the Thor offshore wind farm after multipleidentical bids were submitted, it said Nov. 25.Multiple bids at maximum capacity of 1 GW and minimum supportprice of DKK 0.1/MWh ($0.015/MWh) were received for the project withan estimated development cost of $2.5 billion, it said.The draw is to take place Dec. 1 with the winner to be announcedlater that day, the agency said.
