Utilities Urged To Reassure Customers On Viability Of Natural Gas

With natural gas prices remain-ing at a premium, utilities were urged to go out of their way to reassure their customers that they are still able to buy the fuel of choice from the provider of choice. "We need to increase awareness of the positive attributes of our product and remind our customers why they choose it," said Nick Rose, chairman of the American Gas Association, during the AGA's annual operations conference. "This is going to be particularly important to our future after the high gas prices of this past winter."
